Sean is the founder and President of Rohan Commercial Painting and Rohan Commercial Contracting. Raised in Virginia and inspired by his father's successful 40-year career in the DC Metro property management industry, Sean earned a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from The University of Tennessee. He then founded Rohan Construction Group (which later became Rohan Commercial Contracting and Painting) in 2005, leveraging over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential property management. Under his leadership, the company grew from a single-person operation to a team of thirty employees in 11 years. Sean's business philosophy emphasizes honest communication, fair pricing, and exceeding client expectations, leading to strong, ongoing client relationships. Sean resides in Fairfax, VA, with his wife Anarosa, their children AJ and Emilia, and their boxers Apollo & Rocky. He enjoys Tennessee Volunteers football, golfing, and spending quality time with his family.
Elizabeth Zarate

Elizabeth joined Rohan Construction Group in 2016 to oversee customer service, manage incoming requests from clients, proposal distribution, project scheduling, and invoicing. She plays a key role in other critical business functions including accounting, marketing, and sales initiatives. Elizabeth's financial experience in the banking and healthcare industries has proven invaluable. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and is a proud mom of two girls Noelani and Willow.
Elizabeth is also a professional bartender and sometimes bartends to let loose from her full-time desk position. Although, time spent with her family brings her the most enjoyment.
Patrick Wolters

Patrick was born and raised in Northern Virginia. After graduating college, he dove into the construction industry. For over 20 years, he’s managed projects ranging from base buildings, tenant fit-outs, data centers, hospitals, retail locations, law firms, universities, SCIFs, and various government agencies. Patrick lives in Falls Church, Va., with his wife, Kelly, and daughter Savannah. He enjoys watching his daughter play soccer and spending time with family and friends.
